Role: Business Analyst
Client: Investment Bank
Location: London, full time in office
Rate: up to £600 per day (Inside IR35)
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within corporate actions, asset servicing, or post‑trade environments
* Strong understanding of corporate action event types, data flows, and downstream impacts
* Hands‑on experience working with middleware teams (API, messaging, integration layers)
* Knowledge of data transformation processes (ISO 15022/20022, XML, JSON, mapping, enrichment)
* Ability to use SQL for data analysis, querying, and validating corporate actions and integration datasets
* Exposure to cloud‑based solutions and modern integration patterns
* Skilled in process mapping, gap analysis, and documenting end‑to‑end workflows
* Experience collaborating with vendors and internal technology teams
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
* Comfortable supporting testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and operational readiness activities
