Logistics Coordinator - 3 months - Wokingham - £175/day - Inside IR35
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join a managed services organisation on a contract basis in Wokingham. The successful candidate will provide timely support for joiner, leaver, and break-fix swap-out requests, whilst also supporting general warehouse activity and a high-volume device refresh programme alongside day-to-day BAU operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage service tickets within customer-supplied ITSM, adhering to SLAs throughout
2. Update customer and internal systems manually to ensure both platforms remain aligned at all times
3. Process joiner, leaver, and break-fix requests in a timely manner, ensuring next business day delivery
4. Move items in and out of stock, maintaining accurate CMDB records at all times
5. Trigger Autopilot pre-provisioning process on each device prior to shipment
6. Schedule deliveries and collections directly with end customers
7. Update tickets with tracking information, asset details, and progress updates
8. Clean and grade devices returning to the warehouse
9. Manage warranty claims with Microsoft, including logging and tracking return-to-base warranty calls
