Management Accountant - Omagh Salary: Up to £45,000 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Management Accountant to join our finance team. Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries. Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning to optimise organisational resources. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members on accounting procedures and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. Assist in internal audits and liaise with external auditors as required. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department by streamlining processes. Qualifications Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft, or equivalent platforms. Strong understanding of financial management principles, including financial accounting and reporting standards. Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and foster a collaborative team environment.
