Your standards will match ours, but your approach will be uniquely yours. You will be responsible for leading your team to deliver 14 excellent shifts, taking full ownership to ensure your Lounge is an inspiring place to work and a great community hub. Your goal will be to ensure every customer leaves happy, which they tend to do thanks to your exceptional management.

* Annual salary up to £42,000
* 40 and 48-hour contracts available

What You'll Bring
* Experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Restaurant Manager in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
* Experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks
* Ability to manage through KPIs, making decisions on labour, stock, food safety, customer satisfaction, and other standards within budget
* Proven success in training and recruiting front-of-house teams, including servers and Assistant Managers
* Some back-of-house experience and understanding of kitchen operations would be advantageous
