Reports to Security Administration Manager. The purpose of this entry‑level position is to carry out daily duties within the Security Administration team and provide support across the Aztec Group to enable Aztec’s future ambitions. The role holder should demonstrate strong analytical and communicational skills and deliver a proactive, service‑focused capability to the business.
As a Junior Associate you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality outputs, building professional expertise, contributing to overall team objectives, executing tasks on time and collaborating effectively.
Key responsibilities
* Utilise the Group’s Service Delivery tool, Ivanti, to prioritise and resolve Service Requests for all jurisdictions.
* Receipt and distribution of banking hardware to the business.
* Assist with the organisation and signing of various financial documents.
* Follow robust procedures and controls, using initiative for problem solving.
* Adhere to security controls by delivering responsibilities within the joiner, leaver, mover, and change (JLMC) process.
* Ensure appropriate segregation of duties is maintained across all applications and services.
* Undergo ongoing personal development, including professional qualifications, as agreed with the Security Administration Manager.
* Build strong collaborative relationships with business users and understand their needs.
* Carry out other ad‑hoc duties as required within the team.

* Ability to follow documented processes accurately and efficiently.
* Strong communication and organisational skills and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work well as part of an efficient team in a fast‑paced environment.
* Relevant experience in an IT service delivery role is an advantage.
* Experience in a financial services environment is an advantage.
