D365 Business Central / BC Application Support Contractor
Contract | Remote and EU wide (out side of IR35)
I’m currently working with a leading Microsoft Cloud Solutions Partner who are looking to bring in an experienced Business Central Support Contractor to support a growing customer base.
This is a fast paced, client facing role where you will own issues end to end, from initial triage through to resolution, across multiple Business Central environments.
What you will be doing:
• Acting as the main point of contact for BC support issues
• Troubleshooting functional and application level problems
• Managing and progressing tickets in line with SLAs
• Handling more complex issues and identifying root causes
• Working across multiple customers in a managed service environment
• Collaborating with internal teams and escalating where needed
What they are looking for:
• Strong experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Solid functional knowledge across finance and operations
• Background in a partner or managed service environment
• Confident communicator with a customer first mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tickets in a fast moving environment
