For more than 50 years, Ralph Lauren’s reputation and distinctive image have been consistently developed across an expanding number of products, brands and international markets.</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>This role is based in Harrods, London for the Ralph Lauren Home department.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Consistently meet store, personal sales objectives and KPI’s by delivering an elevated and personalized level of service and communication to all customers in store and via outreach.</li><li>Very good understanding of interior spaces, ergonomic and proportions.</li><li>Create design presentations & inspiration boards that illustrate RL design concepts.</li><li>Select and specify RL decorative items including furniture, lighting, finishes, accessories and rugs.</li><li>Report on ongoing business and pipeline.</li><li>Generate quotes and track projects from point of purchase through to delivery and installation.</li><li>Communicate product and customer feedback to buyers and managers.</li><li>Attend industry networking events and socialize with our target customers.</li><li>Contribute to store briefs and training.</li><li>Perform opening and closing showroom duties as needed.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications & Expectations</h3><ul><li>Exhibit pride through a positive demeanor, body language, personal presentation and dress standards in line with the RL expectations.</li><li>Always adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.</li><li>Communicate with confidence (verbal and written) and maintain the highest level of professionalism.</li><li>Highly organized and proactive individual, capable of multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><h3>Location</h3><p>England, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland</p></div>
