The Role:
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on and varied position that blends administrative support with client-focused responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule client review appointments
Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
Assist in preparing documentation for Annual Review meetings
Meet and greet clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and looked after
Reserve and manage client parking (e.g., placing/removing bollards)
Maintain meeting rooms – ensure tidiness, blinds open, chairs arranged
Manage office stationery orders
Carry out regular property checks
Organise weekly food and snack orders for the office
Handle outgoing post
Provide general support across the business as neededSkills
A warm, approachable, and highly professional manner
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
A proactive mindset with a willingness to get stuck in
Confidence in both written and verbal communication
A keen eye for detail and pride in presentation
Experience in an administrative or client-facing role (preferred but not essential)
