Client Summary:
Our Client is a leader in the West Midlands for providing transport solutions to the area.
Position Summary
Deliver best in class technical training through working with the customer (both internal and external) to deliver various training courses, develop technical training material and collate associated manuals in line with contractual and business requirements.
Ensure our client meet their training deadlines for 2024 in delivering NVQs to experienced working students, you will be required to observe tasks being completed, coaching the students where necessary and striving to ensure students pass their courses to the required standard.
Your Challenges
- On-task assessments of work being undertaken by students
- Deliver technical training courses
- Signing off completed tasks in line with NVQ requirements
- Carry out competence assessment of staff using bronze, silver and gold processes and ensure records are maintained to an auditable standard
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- Candidates with a significant previous experience in a similar role will be considered
- Candidates will ideally have a background in assessing to NVQ Levels previously
- Qualification in training techniques
- A1 or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communications skills - capable of dealing with all levels of the organization & customers. Must be an effective team player, with the ability to work individually
- Must be willing to develop, and keep up to date with latest vehicle product technology
- Will require very strong IT skills and the ability to interpret and act upon available data
