What You’ll Do
Sales Development
* Generate and qualify new leads across key B2B segments, schools, after-school groups, community organisations, and corporate clients.
* Build and nurture partnerships with local and national networks, agencies, and business groups.
* Manage incoming B2B enquiries, understand client needs, prepare proposals, close deals, and coordinate with centre managers to deliver a seamless experience.
* Represent Rock Up at trade fairs, exhibitions, and professional events to grow our visibility and client base.
* Support centre managers in developing their local B2B connections and sales potential.
Product Management
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to shape and strengthen our B2B sales strategy.
* Create and refine tailored packages for key audiences (e.g., school programs, corporate team building), optimising pricing with the operations team.
* Collaborate with marketing to refresh sales materials, brochures, flyers, videos, presentations, and more.
Tools & CRM Management
* Keep our CRM clean, organised, and insightful by tracking leads, conversions, and performance metrics.
* Drive engagement through targeted campaigns (email, newsletters) to boost conversions and retention.
* Oversee our B2B website (events.rock-up.co.uk) and collaborate with the Marketing Manager on updates and improvements.
* Support LinkedIn marketing and paid campaigns to grow awareness and inbound opportunities.
Who You Are
* A confident, motivated salesperson with proven B2B experience (ideally in leisure, hospitality, or education sectors).
* A natural communicator. You love connecting with people and building relationships.
* Organised, proactive, and creative in finding new opportunities to grow revenue.
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a passionate, cross-market team in the UK, France, and Germany.
