Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in the London Area, United Kingdom. This is an on-site role where you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, optimizing revenue streams, and driving growth across clinics. Your daily tasks will include conducting market analysis, planning and managing projects, implementing sales strategies, and fostering strong client relationships to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
Experience in healthcare, veterinary, dental clinics, spas, fitness and wellness sectors is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field is a must. MBAs are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Grow revenue of each of our first 10 sites from zero to £1.5m p.a. through a combination of
● Pricing optimization
● Revenue initiatives
● Internal Referrals
● Service portfolio expansion
● Marketing campaigns / Promotions
● Customer acquisition and retention strategies
● Site development and site launch activities
● Other priorities outlined for you
Your best friends and partners to achieve this task are the veterinary teams at each clinic. You would report directly to the CEO.

● Strong understanding of revenue drivers – price, volume, mix
● Clued-in about social media, lifestyle trends and luxury lifestyles
● Understands Marketing ROI (not the formula, but cause-effect)
● Understands how to manage marketing budgets
● Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Google SEO
● Curiosity about AI usage in marketing and comms activities
● Understands P&L and how it ties to balance sheet and cash flow statement

Hours
● 40 hours a week but flexibility required
Compensation
● Salary, depending on qualifications and experience (£60k+)
