Role Overview
The day-to-day operation is diverse and requires the team to be flexible to accommodate requests from building users while maintaining high standards of the building and service quality. The Front of House plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality customer service by responding promptly and professionally to building users and visitors. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing conference facilities, operating the helpdesk, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and meet all building users and visitors.
* Manage conference room bookings and ensure AV equipment is operational.
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries about the building and facilities.
* Follow security procedures for visitor sign-in and evacuation procedures.
* Perform fire warden duties during evacuations and assist in business continuity activities.
* Maintain visitor records and support facilities management tasks.
* Participate in ad hoc duties such as building communication and signage.
Person Specification
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
* Smart and presentable appearance.
* Proactive, personable, and team-oriented.
* Extensive reception experience and good IT skills.
* Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
