Overview
We are seeking a professional and dynamic property Manager for our rental operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property lettings, maintaining excellent client relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between landlords and tenants. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong organisational and communication skills to contribute to the growth of our property portfolio.
Duties
* Manage the entire lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenancy agreement completion
* Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants
* Liaise with landlords regarding property availability, maintenance, and tenancy terms
* Ensure all documentation complies with legal requirements and company policies
* Maintain accurate records of all lettings transactions and client interactions
* Coordinate with maintenance teams to address property issues promptly
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing tenant queries and resolving issues efficiently
* Organise viewings, and follow-up communications in a timely manner
* Experience with Inventory and See out Management
Requirements
* Proven administrative experience within the property or lettings sector
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Knowledge of relevant legal regulations governing lettings in the UK
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving capabilities
* Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Apllications
