Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM
Friday: 8:15 AM - 4:15 PM (alternating Fridays)

Your Role as a Lead Dental Nurse:
In this dynamic position, you will:
* Lead and inspire a team with confidence
* Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and manage audits
* Oversee reception and staff rotas
* Update patient records accurately
* Set up decontamination of instruments
* Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists
* Assist with some reception duties
* Deliver excellent patient care with a personable and positive approach
* Communicate effectively with patients and team members
What We’re Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should have:
* GDC Registration
* Experience in a dental setting (preferred)
* A strong focus on customer service
* Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
* Excellent communication skills
