Role: Commercial Audiologist As a Commercial Audiologist, you’ll be the face of the company across a defined West Midlands / Wales territory, managing independent customer accounts and driving profitable growth. This hybrid role blends clinical expertise with commercial sales and influencing skills, offering a chance to influence both patient outcomes and business performance.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of independent audiology accounts
* Achieve sales targets through account planning, customer visits, and CRM reporting
* Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
* Deliver product training and support to maximise customer engagement
* Collaborate with Marketing to develop tailored campaigns and added-value services
* Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
* Monitor pricing, returns, and product mix across core brands
* Provide market intelligence and feedback to drive continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring:
* Audiology experience with strong technical product knowledge
* Ideally a minimum of 3 years experience working as an audiologist in the private sector
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and business acumen
* Ability to work independently and travel extensively (minimum 4 days/week in the field)
* A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
