Carrier Solutions UK (CSUK) is excited to announce an opportunity for a Sales Manager, North. In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire our sales team to maximize market share and boost sales revenue while maintaining control over margins.
Your Mission:
As our Sales Manager, you will:
* Develop and empower the sales team to expand CSUK's overall business, focusing on quoting and selling all DX and VRF products under the Toshiba and Carrier brands.
* Foster a strong team culture and positive behaviors across North England.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, collaborating with our Specification and Key Accounts teams.
* Ensure each Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is effectively aligned within their respective regions.
* Maintain customer interactions with your own accounts while managing the team.
* Effectively manage nominated AC contractor customers for each RSM.
* Target and identify new potential customers, including Installers, M&E, and Consultants.
* Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with RSMs to ensure alignment on targets and activities.
* Ensure the direct sales team is well-versed in processes and procedures, including RMA, Warranty, Credit Requests, Site Services, and Proforma Invoices.
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Experience managing sales teams within the HVAC industry.
* Technical knowledge of VRF and split systems.
* A strong sales background in HVAC, particularly in the VRF market, with experience dealing with installing contractors and M&E professionals.
* Solid understanding of the HVACR industry.
* A valid UK Driving Licence.
* Proficiency in MS Office and strong IT skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong presentation abilities.
