Preci-Spark is seeking a motivated and experienced NPI Manager to join our busy and experienced team. As a NPI Manager within our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and regulatory standards.

* £36,000 - £46,000 (dependent on experience).

* Day shift (39 hour): Monday - Thursday 07:45-16:30, Friday 07:45-14:15

The role:
* Lead and manage the end-to-end NPI process for aerospace components and systems.
* Drive the APQP and PPAP in accordance with AS13100 requirements.
* Drive project planning, risk management, and milestone tracking.
* Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Programme teams.
* Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100 regulations where applicable).
* Oversee PFMEA, control plans, and validation activities.
* Champion continuous improvement throughout production launch.
* Lead the Project Planning KPIs matrices
* Owns the internal procedures of NPIs, including APQP, PFMEA, PPAP etc.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in NPI, project management, or manufacturing engineering — ideally within aerospace or a highly regulated industry.
* Strong understanding of engineering design, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.
* Excellent knowledge of AS13100 & AS9145 related to APQP, PPAP requirements
* Strong understanding of major Aerospace OEMs NPIs requirements
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
* Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and change management processes is a plus.
* Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or related discipline preferred.
* Full UK driving licence (role will some travel between sites).
* Health, Safety and Environment compliance.
