Private Client Legal Assistant

I am are currently seeking a proactive and organised Private Client Legal Assistant to join a friendly and professional team in either Bognor or Selsey.
This is an excellent opportunity to support experienced legal professionals while gaining valuable experience across a broad range of private client matters.
The Role
You will provide essential administrative and case support across private client work, including:
* Wills
* Probate and estate administration
* Trusts
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* General private client matters
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and maintaining confidential client files accurately
* Assisting with the preparation and drafting of legal documents
* Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, solicitors, and third parties
* Supporting fee earners with case progression
* Handling general administrative duties to ensure smooth department operations
About You
I am looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Professional and confident when communicating with clients
* Able to handle confidential information with discretion
* Proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
* Ideally experienced in a legal support or administrative role (private client experience desirable but not essential)
