Night Porter - 4on 4off role at The Red Carnation Hotel Collection (Red Carnation Hotels) in Edinburgh. Location: 100 Princes Street, Edinburgh. Employment type: Full-time. Working pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off. Salary: £27,000 per annum + service charge. Reports to the Night Manager.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Night Porter to join our team on a full-time basis at the luxury hotel The Red Carnation Hotel Collection (Red Carnation Hotels).
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure guests luggage is delivered correctly
* Provide great knowledge of the hotel and local area
* Assist with reception and concierge requests
* Answer general guest queries
* Prepare and delivering room service orders after Kitchen team has finished for the day
* Ensure the lobby and front area of the hotel is presentable and clean at all times
What are we looking for?
* Previous Night Porter Experience: Ideally within a luxury or five-star hotel setting, with a clear understanding of hotel operations during overnight shifts.
* Excellent Communication Skill.
* Attention to Detail.
* Reliability & Flexibility: Dependable and flexible, able to handle a variety of tasks while maintaining high standards of service.
* A Team Player a to work closely with other departments.
