Now, were happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a PropertyRelationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located at, Fallowfield, Manchester. No previous property management experience necessary. Youll enjoy a standard work week of Monday to Friday, no weekend work! We are offering a realistic OTE of £29,000 - £31,000, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
* Preparing and negotiating tenancy renewals
* Completing property inventories & carrying out regular property inspections
* Maintaining & reporting accurate file notes
* Delivering exceptional customer service
