About the role
Pay Details: Grade 6 (Spinal Point 14-19 £29,540 - £32,061)
Hours of Work / Weeks per year / Working Pattern: 37 hours per week/52 weeks Pattern of work TBC and agreed.
Main Place of Work: Ysgol Y Deri – Across multiple sites
Description: The governing body wish to appoint a premises co-ordinator to assist in the provision of maintenance and security services on the school premises, to ensure a safe working environment. This may include opening and closing the sites, undertaking planned and reactive maintenance and responding to out of hours emergenices for which additional payment will be provided.

We are looking to appoint someone who is helpful and enthusiastic, who takes pride in their work, and can assist with the general upkeep and operation of the school buildings and grounds.
Ideally, you will have previous experience working in a similar position, however consideration will be given if you can demonstrate transferable skills from a similar role or comparable background.
