They are seeking an experienced UI/UX Engineer to take ownership of the user experience across their web platform, helping shape both the design and implementation of their product.

Responsibilities
* Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, or similar contemporary front-end technologies.
* Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and elegant user experiences.
* Work closely with founders, engineers, and domain experts to define product requirements.
* Build reusable UI components and maintain a consistent design system.
* Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
* Help establish UI/UX best practices across the business.
Required Skills & Experience
* Expert knowledge of React or similar framework.
* Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and user-centred design.
* Experience integrating REST APIs and working with modern web architectures.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
* Experience building SaaS platforms or enterprise software.
* Experience developing dashboards, analytics platforms, and high-performance grids such as AG Grid.
* Experience with data visualisation tools such as D3.js, ECharts, or Highcharts.
* Financial services, fintech, trading, risk management, or analytics experience.
* Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
* Experience with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
* Experience establishing or maintaining design systems.
