The Role As Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall leadership, quality, and commercial success of the home. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of person-centred care and excellent outcomes for residents, with a focus on quality, compliance, and occupancy growth within the private-pay market.
