Hourly pay: £13.00ph+ DOE

Platinum Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a fantastic machinery & maintenance company in Blandford, who have an exciting opportunity for an Finance Assistant to join their growing finance team on a temp basis.
This is a varied role ideal for someone who's ready to take on a financial challenge & contribute ideas to improve & streamline accounting processes.

What's involved?
* Identifying cost-saving opportunities & improving financial efficiency
* Assisting with the development of new procedures to handle accounts
* Supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks
* Taking ownership of a key finance challenge as part of a business-wide improvement project
* Using accounting software & Excel to manage & report financial data
Essential Requirements?
* Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
* Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
* Comfortable with accounting systems and Excel
* Positive attitude and confident suggesting process improvements
* Able to work independently & as part of a small, dedicated team
