Fella and Jones are partnered with a leading global Sports and Outdoor brand to appoint a Head of Global Social and Community.
This is a newly created role with global ownership of social, community, and creator strategy. The position is highly strategic while remaining closely connected to execution, requiring a leader who can set direction and stay hands on with the work.
Reporting into senior marketing leadership, you will define how the brand shows up across social platforms globally. You will lead social first campaigns, shape creator and ambassador storytelling, and work closely with regional teams to balance global consistency with local relevance. This role sits at the intersection of brand, culture, and performance.
Responsibilities
• Own the global social and community strategy
• Lead social first campaigns from concept to delivery
• Remain hands on in creative direction and content quality
• Lead influencer, creator, and ambassador programmes
• Partner with brand, product, creative, paid media, and regional teams
• Oversee community engagement, brand sentiment, and performance insights
• Build and develop a high performing global social team
What we are looking for
• Proven experience leading global social strategy for premium consumer brands
• Strong understanding of sports or outdoor culture
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands on
• Deep experience with creators and influencers
• Confident senior leader with strong creative judgement
