The candidate will be able to confidently deliver an established educational programme, lead/support educational discussion, planning across the training calendar, prepare the sessions and liasing with the training and development department. Be able to support learners acting as a role model in their current practice and be flexible to enact new ways of working/learning and embedding practice. You must also be able to work on your own initiative, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication, facilitation, organisation and leadership skills. Promote excellence and contribute to programme reviews, audit and share the necessary outcomes and support the implementation of findings.
