A leading luxury residential interior design studio is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join its dynamic team in Surrey. This role is ideal for someone confident managing projects from concept through to completion within the high-end residential sector.

UK resident or holder of a valid UK working visa, with a full clean driving licence
Able to work full time in the studio with fluent written and spoken English
Qualified in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
Multiple years' experience in a design or architectural practice within the luxury residential sector
Strong understanding of the full design process with solid FF&E knowledge
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects independently
Confident communicator with experience leading client meetings and presentationsRequired Skills
Strong technical drawing ability with proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
Skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop
Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Proven experience delivering large-scale, luxury residential projects
Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills
A meticulous eye for detail, colour, materials and spatial planning
Strong conceptual and presentation skills, including confidence with hand sketchingKey Responsibilities
Working on UK and international projects from concept through to installation and completion
Managing multiple projects independently, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Producing detailed drawings, schedules, mood boards, and presentation materials
Sourcing and specifying high-quality FF&E, materials, and finishes
Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout the design process
Overseeing on-site installations to ensure accurate execution of design intent
