As a Commis Chef at Fairmont, St. Andrews, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, working alongside a friendly and professional team.

Key responsibilities include:
* Assist in the preparation of dishes in a timely manner, adhering to our standards.
* Support and control the preparation for your section, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and observing all health and safety guidelines.
* Ensure the smooth operation of your section, maintaining Fairmont St Andrews standards, and keeping section paperwork up to date in line with legislative requirements.
* Attend organized training sessions and actively seek opportunities to develop your skills.
Qualifications:
* Must be eligible to work in the UK.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
