OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Assistant Business Manager – Fragrance, you play a critical role in supporting sales performance and elevating brand presence across a multi‑brand fragrance portfolio. You will help deliver commercial targets, represent Coty brands with professionalism and passion, and ensure the highest standards of service and execution in‑store.
You will be reporting to the Fragrance Business Manager, and you will manage:
Drive sales performance
1. Support the delivery of monthly sales targets
2. Deliver against agreed KPIs
3. Maximise selling and upselling opportunities
Represent Coty brands
4. Act as a brand leader across a multi‑brand fragrance portfolio
5. Protect and elevate brand equity in‑store
6. Adhere to Coty uniform and grooming guidelines
Build strong relationships
7. Develop trusted relationships with customers
8. Work closely with retailer staff and store management
9. Collaborate effectively with the Coty in‑store team
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an Assistant Business Manager – Fragrance, you enjoy selling, engaging customers, and supporting team performance across multiple fragrance brands.
You are confident on the shop floor and thrive in a fast‑paced, diverse, and customer‑focused environment.
10. Experience and knowledge within the fragrance industry (collection experience beneficial)
11. Strong sales background, working towards KPIs and targets
12. Passion for fragrance and luxury brands
13. Ability to build strong relationships with retail teams and customers
14. Near‑native level of English
