We’re working with a fantastic Sefton primary school that is looking for a caring, skilled and resilient SEN Teacher to support pupils with complex needs, ASC or SEMH in a dedicated base or small group setting.

About the role:
Teaching a small group of children with EHCPs (Reception to Year 4)
Supported by experienced teaching assistants and SENCO
Clear routines, therapeutic strategies and a strong behaviour policy in place
Tailored planning using a semi-formal or pre-formal curriculum model
What we’re looking for:
QTS (UK-recognised teaching qualification)
SEN teaching experience OR a strong interest in SEND and inclusion
Confidence supporting children with autism, speech & language needs or emotional regulation
Someone patient, reflective and creative in their approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
