FACILITIES OFFICER 37 hours per week NJC SCP18 £30,559 Sandown Town Council needs a competent, motivated and experienced individual to take on the role of Facilities Officer to support the management of the Council’s facilities. Applicants will need to demonstrate they can work under their own initiative, have strong communication skills and an ability to maintain relations with the public and key contractors. In addition, they will need to having previous experience managing multiple projects and working in a similar public service and/or property-based environment. The role will involve manual handling, and a full driving licence and own transport is required. The closing date for applications is 11:59pm on 31 August 2025.
