Qualifications
* Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Nursery Manager
* Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks, safeguarding, and EYFS standards.
* Proven ability to lead, MOTivate, and develop staff teams.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Experience supporting children with SEN needs is essential.
