Your new role
As a Corporate Tax Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and leading their corporate tax offering in the local Leeds market. You’ll work closely with the wider Corporate Tax team, which spans nine UK offices and includes over 100 professionals, to deliver high-quality tax advisory andpliance services. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading client relationships and delivering expert advice on corporate tax matters
2. Developing new business opportunities and contributing to our go-to-market strategy
3. Managing a portfolio of clients across diverse sectors including manufacturing, tech, retail, financial services, and property
4. Supporting and mentoring associate directors and junior team members
5. Collaborating with internal partners and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions
6. Contributing to departmental and office-level management and strategy
7. Ensuring exceptional client service while managing risk andpliance
This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape the future of our corporate tax practice and make a lasting impact.
What you'll need to succeed
8. ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent qualification
9. Several years of post-qualification experience in corporate tax
10. Strong UK tax technical expertise and ability to provide robust,mercial advice
11. Proven experience managingplex tax projects and client portfolios
12. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills
13. A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
14. Coaching and mentoring experience to support team development
15. Strategic thinking and business development acumen
