This is a full-time, term time only role (40 weeks per year), reporting into the Catering Manager. Key Responsibilities As Chef Manager, you will play a vital role in leading the daily operations of the College's catering service, ensuring high-quality, nutritious meals are served to students, staff, and visitors. You'll be hands-on in the kitchen, lead by example, and champion a positive kitchen culture. Your key duties will include: Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations including rotas, stock management, and procurement Designing seasonal and inclusive menus to meet a variety of dietary needs Maintaining full compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen regulations Supporting the development and supervision of catering team members Providing catering for College events and hospitality functions Ensuring effective budget control, accurate record keeping, and efficient service delivery Skills, Knowledge and Expertise We are looking for a professional with strong culinary skills and experience managing a busy kitchen. You'll be customer-focused, organised, and a confident team leader.
