Sales Manager - Labels
Location: Hybrid – 1/2 days in Hertfordshire office
Salary: Up to £75,000 package
Role Overview
My client is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager with strong knowledge of selling labels. You will be responsible for managing a team of three salespeople and driving overall sales performance and business growth. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand the client base, strengthen existing relationships, and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and develop a team of 3 salespeople
* Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution
* Conduct 1-1s, training, and performance appraisals
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&;L
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Oversee key accounts and ensure high retention
* Identify new markets and growth opportunities
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
* Report insights to senior management
* Represent the business at industry events
Requirements
* Proven sales/business development experience within labels
* Experience managing a sales team (labels or packaging)
* Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
* Commercially driven with a strategic mindset
* Full UK driving licence
