The Role
As General Manager, you'll be fully accountable for:
Driving commercial performance and growth
Leading, developing, and inspiring a strong management team
Owning the late-night offer and guest experience
Maintaining standards across service, music, and atmosphere
Working closely with ownership to push the business forward
