🕒 Working Hours: 4 hours per day (Monday–Friday)

Your Role:
You will be responsible for providing 1st & 2nd line technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for end users.
Key Skills Required:
* Experience in IT Support (L1 & L2)
* Strong knowledge of Windows environments & basic macOS
* Hardware, software & network troubleshooting skills
* Good communication and documentation ability
Requirements:
* Valid work permit for the UK (mandatory)
* Fluency in English
* Relevant experience in IT Support roles
