What You’ll Do Support learners aged 11–18, both 1:1 and in small groups Work alongside teachers to create engaging and supportive classroom experiences Encourage positive behaviour and inclusion for all students Provide tailored support to students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and social-emotional challenges What We’re Looking For Experience supporting children or young people with ALN or behavioural needs Previous experience with behaviour, SEBD, youth work, support work, police, prison, school, army, cadet, teaching assistant or sports (football, rugby, boxing, coaching). Confidence in using positive behaviour strategies to promote engagement and learning A background in education, youth work, coaching, support work—or transferable skills from roles such as teaching assistant, mentor, or community leader What’s In It for You?
