Job Title: Admin Assistant
Hours: 32.5 per week
Salary: £19,525.75 (Scale 3 Point 6 pro rata)
Contract: Term Time, Part Time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP after appointment
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced School Office Admin Assistant to join our hardworking and successful team. The post will be located at Meadowbank Primary School in Cheadle.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-standard administrative support in a busy school office.
* Maintain and use school computer systems including SIMS, Parentmail, SAM, DfE, Office Online and SLA Online.
* Manage attendance and punctuality information and communications.
* Support effective communications with parents, pupils and staff.
* Demonstrate commitment to the school and undertake any training required to meet the school’s needs.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills and experience of working in a busy school office.
* Familiarity with SIMS, Parentmail, SAM, DfE, Office Online and SLA Online (or equivalent).
* Willingness to complete necessary training and development.
