Sales Engineer in Air Compressors

As we expand, we are looking for a strategic and motivated Sales Engineer to grow and manage relationships with our most valuable customers and partners in UK (North).
Position Summary:
As Sales Engineer in Air Compressors, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing and expanding relationships with key industrial clients. You will act as a strategic partner, understanding customer needs and delivering tailored compressed air solutions that drive value and performance.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of key industrial accounts in the UK & Ireland (with a focus of North UK).
* Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue new customers.
* Develop and deliver technical sales presentations and proposals.
* Collaborate with Distribution network and service teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
* Ensure company profitability and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
* Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
* Qualified Technician, Graduated in Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 5 years of B2B industrial equipment sales experience, preferably in air compressors.
* Proven track record in key account management and consultative selling (Budget, #customers, #deals,..).
* Strong technical understanding of compressed air systems and applications is required.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Valid work permit, driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory (North UK, mainly).
