Responsibilities
- Associate Director
1. Lead large scale infrastructure project delivery
2. Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians
3. Oversee projects to ensure delivery against programme, budget, and quality objectives
4. Provide technical guidance across design and project lifecycle stages
5. Carry out technical reviews and quality assurance of engineering outputs
6. Support the preparation of fee proposals, cost estimates, and delivery programmes
7. Contribute to client engagement and winning work
Experience Required – Associate Director
8. Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar discipline
9. Chartered Engineer (MICE or equivalent)
10. Strong experience delivering projects within a consultancy environment
Technical capability across:
11. Drainage design (including SuDS and surface water management)
12. Highways and external works design
13. Experience working with statutory approvals and agreements (e.g. highways and drainage adoptions)
14. Proven track record in team leadership and project delivery
15. Comfortable working within multidisciplinary teams on complex developments
