Process Manager – Night Shift
Location: Broughton Site.
Type: Full time.
Security clearance: BPSS and Export Control checks (including a criminal record check).
Typical hours: 20:45 – 06:00, 4 nights per week (Monday to Thursday).

Responsibilities
* Drive safety culture and strict compliance while actively developing team competency, eliminating single‑point failures, and managing protocols.
* Execute on‑time, “Right First Time” operations and cross‑shift collaboration while driving continuous improvement and seamless new equipment integration.
* Control operational costs, budget compliance, and disruption logging while driving innovation through involvement schemes.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in manufacturing operations and demonstrable expertise in health & safety standards (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, risk assessment creation, LOLER management, accident investigation).
* Competent with LEAN tools and techniques.
* Experience in cost management.
* Experience working with various stakeholders, ability to lead and motivate an operational team with a strong focus on team development and performance management.
