Year 4 Class Teacher - Slough
We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Class Teacher to join our popular and successful school community in Slough. This role is initially for a Year 4 class starting in September 2025. We welcome applications from experienced teachers, ECTs, or aspiring leaders.
We are looking for a passionate and inspiring individual who can make a positive difference in children's lives. The ideal candidate will:
Have a strong understanding of how children learn and the confidence to support children with a wide range of needs.
Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons tailored to Year 4 pupils.
Motivate and challenge students to achieve their full potential.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school's values.
Our teachers enjoy the freedom to be flexible and creative in delivering our curriculum, supported by a leadership team that prioritises staff wellbeing. Class teachers may work across KS1, KS2, or EYFS depending on their skills, experience, and aspirations.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching at primary level (Year 4 experience desirable).
Strong classroom management skills and ability to differentiate learning.
Enthusiasm for supporting children's academic and personal development.
A patient, creative, and collaborative approach to teaching.
DBS check required (we can assist with this).
Located in or near Slough or willing to commute.
