What you'll be doing:
Sales order processing: Accurately inputting and managing customer orders from start to finish
Acting as a key point of contact for clients and couriers, ensuring everyone stays in the loop throughout the delivery process
Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and customer queries
Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and delivery of products
Helping to maintain excellent customer relationships through proactive updates and problem-solvingWhat we're looking for:
Someone highly motivated, proactive, and eager to take on responsibility
Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
Confident communicator – both over the phone and via email
Experience in sales administration or a similar role is essential
