Your new role To be accountable for the payroll function, ensuringpliance and customer satisfaction is maintained to a high levelKey Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Administration: Step in for the Payroll Administrator when needed, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
2. Data Management: Consolidate payroll data for the outsourced provider and produce monthly payroll journals and reports.
3. T&A System Ownership: Manage and train on the Time & Attendance system, analyse trends, and support managers in improving usage.
4. Reporting & Insights: Generate dashboards, gender pay gap reports, P11Ds, and provide insights to senior management.
5. Process Support: Assist with loans, advances, bonuses, and pay reviews. Support People Team administrators as needed.
6. Continuous Improvement: Analyse monthly pay data, identify trends, and rmend improvements in collaboration with the People Team Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Strong understanding of payroll processes and legislation.
8. Experience with payroll systems and data reporting.
9. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
10. Ability to train and support others on systems and processes.
11. Team player.
