Responsibilities
As a Lead Outcome Technology Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of outcomes through the complex technology products and services delivered by multiple teams.
You will set up your teams for success and represent the delivery of outcomes to stakeholders and suppliers, building successful relationships across and beyond the organisation.
You will ensure that decisions are made through effective, efficient governance, leading to better outcomes.
As a leader in the Home Office Technology Delivery community, you’ll share knowledge and experience with colleagues across the department and wider Government, building skills, advising others, and applying good practice and standards.
You will support the UK’s security and prosperity through the technology outcomes that your teams deliver.
