You will work closely with teachers to help create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include: supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons aligned with the primary curriculum working with individuals and small groups of pupils to reinforce learning and build confidence assisting in the preparation of classroom resources and learning materials promoting positive behaviour in line with the school’s values and behaviour policy supporting pupils with additional needs, including Special Educational Needs and Disabilities helping monitor pupil progress and report observations to the teacher supervising pupils during break times, school trips, and extracurricular activities contribute to maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment assisting with classroom organisation, displays, and basic administrative tasks. You will need: experience working with primary-aged children is desirable an understanding of child development and learning strong communication and teamwork skills a patient, caring, and supportive approach.
