Talend Data Engineer
Outside IR35 - Rate DOE
Remote - once a month client visit
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Talend Data Engineer to join a consulting firm on an initial contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile data transformation programme with a well-established organisation.
The Role: You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend, working alongside data architects and analysts to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.
To be considered, you'll need:
* 3+ years of hands-on Talend development experience
* Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
* Solid understanding of data warehousing principles
* Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced contract environment
* Bonus: Spark, Python, or Kafka experience
