In this role you will support the full development and construction lifecycle across the business. Key responsibilities include providing technical and engineering expertise, preparing site designs, developing engineering solutions throughout the planning stages, ensuring all designs meet relevant standards and requirements, managing external consultants, and attending site as required, among other duties.
The ideal candidate will bring engineering or technical experience within the residential or civil sectors, along with a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and at least one drainage or civil engineering software package. The position is primarily office‑based, with occasional travel to site as required.
The Role:

* Attend site when required
The Person:
* Engineering/technical experience within residential or civil sectors
* AutoCAD experience
* Able to understand civil engineering design
* Commutable distance to the office near Shrewsbury
