Responsibilities as our Laboratory Technician:
* Quality control of finished products, goods in and in-process materials
* Performing internal quality and HACCP audits
* Involvement in related activities e.g. QA, product development and customer support, including operation of small-scale brewing equipment
What do you need to become our Laboratory Technician?
1. Science degree (chemistry, microbiology or similar)
2. Microbiology qualification and/or experience in practical microbiology
3. One year's lab experience in the food/drinks industry
4. Self-motivated, demonstrates initiative and works well in a team
5. Fluent in spoken and written English
